Fogging Schedule

Fogging to kill the adult mosquitoes will generally take place between 9:00 pm (or when the sun goes down) and 1:00 am, providing environmental conditions allow it (not too windy, no rain).

To report high concentrations of mosquitoes, please call 764-6839.

 

If you live in Logan, you are not part of Cache MAD. Logan City runs its own mosquito abatement program. Please call 716-9763 to discuss no-spray options at your property or other abatement concerns.

CMAD has been larvaciding since the middle of May; fogging for control of the adult mosquitoes began the week of June 2nd.

 

Please note that some areas are fogged twice a week due to the high numbers of mosquitoes. Schedule as of August 13th:

 

Monday: Petersboro, Benson, Lewiston, Hyrum, Avon

 

Tuesday: Amalga, Trenton, Cornish, Clarkston, Nibley, North Logan, Wellsville, Mt. Sterling

 

Wednesday: Newton, Cache Junction, Lewiston, Providence, Millville

 

Thursday: Richmond, Cove, Benson, Smithfield, Wellsville, Hyde Park

 

Friday: Mendon

 

 

Fogging schedules are tentative and may be changed in response to weather conditions, changes in mosquito numbers or disease presence, and other reasons. If a night is skipped due to environmental conditions, fogging will take place that Friday. Please check back here weekly for any changes to the schedule.
